Hiking to the peak of (Gunung Angsi) Mount Angsi, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia

On 16 November 2013, was the creation of a history of climbing mountains in Malaysia. This climb was held at Ulu Bendul Recreational Forest which lies Mount Angsi which has a height of 825 meters above sea level. Finally, after several attempts to update the original Android operating system to operating system Android Custom Rom, now I have managed to update the system to 10.2, the same CyanogenMod Android Jelly Bean version 4.3.1. At the moment I'm using the latest update of the file dated 13112013 updates for my phone which is the Samsung Galaxy SII - GT-I9100G. However, I still use the kernel provided by the CyanogenMod team.

Plants Vs. Zombie 2 Android Users

Yesterday was officially the game's most eagerly awaited by many of you out there in this world. That game Plants Vs. Zombie 2 was launched for Android users from developer EA Swiss Sarl. It follows from the game Plants Vs. Be the first zombie madness many players out there, including me.

You all can start to download to your mobile phone from Google Play - Plants Vs. Zombie 2. I recommend that you download using WiFi function because it will need to download 169MB of data. When I type on this blog, the amount has been downloaded via the Android Market is more than 1 million downloads.

On the last Saturday, our office held a retirement ceremony for one of our members who will retire at the end of this month. Retirement ceremony held with Hi-Tea event, themed Masquerade. On average those present that evening dress warmer than normal with a mask and a variety of accessories.

Weekend Hiking To Bukit Apek @ Bukit Saga

On Saturday last week , colleagues in our office together with other officers conducted a very healthy activity. We have managed to climb @ Bukit Saga Apek Hill in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Although it is just not high on the hill our eyes, but it is still challenging endurance and the ability of a person. More than 25 people took part to climb this hill.

On Saturday morning, the weather is very good with a little cloudy. Journey began at 9.20 am start in the foothills Hatamas Park, Cheras. Before that some of us have started to gather at 8.00 am at the Al-Amin PGA Cheras. After the arrival of the other participants of kuala lumpur city center, we went straight to Hatamas Park as the cradle of the climb.

The climb starts with spaces before climbing through huge boulders before reaching the foot of the hill. For anyone who does not have strong legs to climb please take note of this hill. From the beginning of the trip, we all need to climb the rocks and hills to begin entering the shady trees and then the high trees in shady conditions.

The climb is not sloping hill, we have to continually climb to arrive at a rest area after climbing about 30 minutes. We arrived at the top of a hill that has a spacious area to relax and re-energize before proceeding to the waterfall. Travel to the waterfall because the journey easier and downhill slopes. Upon arriving at the waterfall, we take a break, take some pictures and could swim a while to cool off.

After resting for about an hour and a picnic at the waterfall, little by little, our friends began to climb back to the top of the hill to head home. For those who arrived late at the waterfall, still rest to regain their energy. We arrived at the foot of the hill where the place we started was about 2.00 pm. After the arrival of the last group arrived at the assembly area about 3 pm, we were dispersed to their direction.

The Walking Dead is back - Season 4

My favorite TV series is back aired. But maybe only to me and not to you all. TV series "The Walking Dead" returned for a fourth season this year. The first episode will be aired on Astro satellite channel on October 20, 2013 which is a week later than screening in the United States. I follow this series by accident. It brings a variety of different characters besides the zombie character itself.

Earlier this month I have started wearing new glasses to help me see more clearly the objects and words that are far away from my eyes. I actually suffer from farsightedness. It has happened a long time ago, but I do not want to get used to me wearing glasses. Because to do my tasks that are close to me, I can see clearly. It is made from Nike.

In conjunction with my birthday this month, my beloved wife and my most loved, gives me this spectacle. I am very grateful to my wife. I really appreciate it. I think it is not necessary to wear glasses, because not interfere with my daily work, but to drive it is very necessary for me. Now I can drive more clearly at night especially.

Lailatul Qadar - A night that is better than a thousand months.

On this day, we are undertaking fasting 15th of Ramadan 1434H. Sure many are already making preparations to get through the days ahead of Ramadan and Syawal will come into existence. Can we increase our acts of worship before the end of Ramadan? We can only strive harder to increase it, only Allah can reward us all. We're almost to the night of Lailatul Qadar night better than a thousand months.

Although the night was not disclosed when it will happen, in the view of ulama's that it happened in one of the odd nights of the night to 21,23,25,27 and 29 and also a small number of ulama's say that it is the night to 22,24,26 , 28 and 30. But it happens for Allah SWT to bless those who worship Him. It was kept secret so that people of the Prophet Muhammad continued worship at 10 last night in the month of Ramadan.

May we all be able to meet the night Lailatul Qadar in the holy month of Ramadan.

On Monday the last day I have to make an appointment for a day to maintain my vehicle to go anywhere. I have an appointment on Friday last week. In fact the time has long come for my car engine maintenance. My car was moving nearly 10,000 km using the engine oil last time I change. For some time now it has been used. It's time to change with the new engine oil in preparation for the long journey back to the village.

I make early preparations to avoid congestion to maintain my car at Perodua service center. Because usually, many car users will send their cars for maintenance before returning to the village. New Interview (Promotion by Appointment)

At the end of April this year, has published an advertisement for the post of Assistant Administrative Officer N27 posted on the Public Service Commission. There are two levels of name calling but I only arise in the second stage scheduled for May 12, 2013 to June 14, 2013. Schedule for the first stage is on May 2, 2013 to May 11, 2013. Interview call for the second stage can only be reviewed beginning May 7, 2013. At this point I was on vacation and my wife was in the village.

I have received an SMS from a friend of my office asking me if I already check my name for the interview. I can not make revision as in areas that do not have good internet access. However, when I arrived back in Kuala Lumpur, I decided to immediately check if my name is called for the position. I am now in favor of sustenance. Although I know it's just one interview, but it was a good start for those who have passed the test of the Promotion by Appointment.

I was scheduled to be interviewed on May 30, 2013, even though the day is still far away, but there are some things I need to prepare for the interview day. Call for interview this position very numerous, because the last time recruitment for this position is in the fourth quarter of 2011 far as I know.

I pray that my interview goes well on the day. InsyaAllah.

After more than 4 months did not return home to my wife, we finally get back to my wife's hometown for the polling process. We returned to the village after I finished doing my duty as a voter in the Dun and my Parliament at 9 am. Although polling centers opened at 8 am, but other voters have begun to arrive as early as 7.45 am to cast their vote. It's time to vote to elect the next leader and form a government that will be lined by old faces and new faces. The vote is secret. On the election day is a very good day with sunny and warm weather. Our journey back to the village very well with the quantity of vehicles on the highway are not many. Perhaps many voters had returned to the village in advance of polling day.

Most Use Formula In Microsoft Excel

On every working days, its all based on my data stored in Microsoft Excel. Filters, Formulas, Conditional Formatting and Mail Merge. Few hundreds of rows and dozens of columns always on my eye sight. Few of my most used formula is IF function, Date and VLookup function. But as you all know, after you create a formula its all done for the rest with the whole data. But sometimes there's more formula to be created based on what you really want. Those are my most use formula in Microsoft Excel

With the IF function, i manage to determine if my data is TRUE or FALSE, If its TRUE, i want it to appear some other text or another formula about calculation or else to suit my needs. Sometimes its hard to create new formula. You have to know what the exact formula function to use. Most of the time, i search in Google to get the exact function for my data and also from a forum under website Chandoo.org. The forum also let you to discuss about errors or info about the formula and determine the best formula to you. Thanks to Chandoo.org. 

VLookup is another formula function i use to get a data from another sheet. Its a good function that can combine with another formula function.

PC Fair is Back Again

All people must already know about PC Fair created every year. Today 12 April to 14 April once again held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre for all levels from within and outside the Klang Valley. Of course many people are keen to see the new technologies on the market and try some more gadjet-gadjet that draw attention to the present.

I am also has been from time has become a habit to visit this event to get some computer goods. If you want to do a price survey, can be done at the beginning of the opening of this event because at that time the area was not very crowded when compared to on Saturday and Sunday as the average visitor coming in every event held is very encouraging and also very crowded on the day. For over a sometimes very narrow area with visitors who want to get information and buy several items at reasonable prices.

10-04-2013 - Election Commission today announced the date of nomination and polling dates for general elections 2013 the Malaysian government. The candidates nomination date is on 20 April 2013 and the date of polling is on May 5, 2013 corresponding to Sunday. The announcement was made by the Chairman of the EC, the EC Headquarters at 12.30 pm today.

Malaysia's 13 million people are eligible to vote in this election. A total of 222 parliamentary seats and 505 state seats contested.

13th General Election for Malaysia?

PM will go on air live at 11.30 on the national channels, TV1 and TV3 private TV channel. This is related to a meeting with the King this morning around 9.00 am in the morning. Is it likely that PM would announce the dissolution of Parliament and the next date to vote for all Malaysians? Together we look forward to his announcement for the 13th General Election for Malaysia.

12.00 pm. And was officially dissolved parliament and within 2 weeks of the nomination of candidates by political parties contending to be determined. EC to hold hearings to determine the date of polling in 60 days.

Jelly Bean Update - GT-I9100G & GT-N7000

Today as i browse under http://www.sammobile.com to check for new updates about Jelly Bean update on my Samsung Galaxy S II GT-I9100G and there is still no update yet for now. But as i browse back to check for another phone that is Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 and it suprise me thats this model already has an update on Jelly Bean 4.1.2. 

Im pretty sure that the update for GT-I9100G is on its way. Cannot wait for the update as it has been spread all over the world about new features.

As for the jelly bean update on Galaxy Note, top ten latest firmware for today is Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philiphines. For those who are using this type of android phone, can update it from KIES. Im not sure yet if its available Over The Air (OTA). Need to check it back later.

Everyday i will have to open my data in Excel which i maintain and update regularly. My most heavy workload is on June. Lots of new data to key-in and update. I love working with Microsoft Excel because it can  be link with Microsoft Word to speed up my work daily. Its call Mail Merge. Most of us used it everyday.
