Is it a dessert? I think so. Congo bars were the name of this dessert. But its not a cookie or a cake. My wife love to replicate any dish she likes to see and eat. This was just another dish or dessert that's she made while at home in the weekend. In her spare time like this Chinese New Year, she made a sweet Congo Bar. Very tasteful. The secret is just searching the recipe and ingredient on Google and finally made it. She's is very fast learner and she never learn to cook and baked cookies or dessert. Here are the picture.
